Clubbing develops first in the thumb and forefinger before it eventually spreads to the other fingers.
I've never had acrylics or my nails professionally done before, and I'm extremely anxious to go because both my thumbs are clubbed and recently, on one of my thumbs, there was an incident where I damaged my nail bed on it so now the nail grows unevenly (like there's a line down the middle of my nail and one side is lower than the other.)
